Be it enacted by the Governor of on konɛ, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

This Ordinance may be cited as the agistrate's Ameniti– -ment Ordinance 191 and shall be read and construed as one with the Magistrate's Ordinance, 1890 (hereinafter called the Frincipal Ordinance) and the Ordinances amending the name and this Ordinance and the ssid Ordinances may be cited as the

Section 85 of the Principal Ordinance as reenacted by

Section 2 of the agistrate's Amendment Ordinance 1913 is

hereby amended by the deletion of para_raph (e) thereof and by the substitution thereior of the following new para raph (e):-

(e) "Under the provisions of either Section 4 or

Section 7 of the Protection of Women and Girls Crdi-

-nance, 1897"
